A B2B Lead Generation Agency That Books Meetings, Not Lists
Most agencies hand over a spreadsheet and an invoice. We run an AI outreach agent that finds the right companies, contacts them properly, handles the replies, and puts qualified conversations in your calendar.
A B2B lead generation agency finds and contacts potential business customers on your behalf. We do it with an AI outreach agent rather than a team of junior SDRs: it researches each prospect, personalises the approach, replies to responses, and books qualified meetings into your diary.
Tell us who you want to be talking to
We will tell you on the call whether your market is big enough for outreach to work. No list purchases, no lock-in before you have seen the plan.
The agent works a defined list every day — research, first contact, follow-up, reply handling — and hands you the conversations that are actually worth having.
Where Agency Lead Gen Usually Breaks
B2B lead generation companies sell three quite different things under one name. It is worth knowing which one you are buying, because they fail in different ways.
| List provider | Traditional SDR agency | AI outreach agent | |
|---|---|---|---|
| What you get | A spreadsheet | Activity reports and some meetings | Booked, qualified conversations |
| Who does the chasing | You | A junior SDR, until they leave | The agent, every working day |
| Research per prospect | None | Varies with who is on shift | The same standard on every one |
| Reply handling | Yours | Usually yours after handover | Handled, then escalated when real |
| Cost behaviour | Cheap, then expensive in your time | Scales with headcount | Flat monthly fee |
| Fails when | Nobody works the list | The good SDR moves on | Your target market is too small |
The Whole Loop, Not Just the Top of It
Targets researched, not scraped
The agent checks each company against your definition — what they do, roughly how big they are, whether the trigger you care about is present — before anyone is contacted.
Contact that reads as human
A first message that refers to something specific about that business, then a follow-up sequence that stops the moment someone replies or opts out.
Meetings in your calendar
Replies are answered, objections handled, timing questions rescheduled. What reaches you is a diary entry with the full thread attached.
| Included | Not included |

| Personalised first contact and follow-up sequence | Consumer (B2C) marketing |
| Reply handling and objection responses | Closing the deal — you take the meeting |
| Booking into your calendar | Paid advertising or SEO |
| Opt-out handling and suppression lists | Answering your phone — see AI Receptionist |
When Outreach Is the Wrong Answer
Lead generation agencies rarely tell you when not to buy, which is why so many engagements end badly. There are three situations where we will say no, and it saves everyone six months.
The first is a market that is too small. If there are eighty companies in the UK who could ever buy from you, outreach at scale is the wrong instrument — you need someone senior building relationships with eighty named people, and that is a hire, not an agent.
The second is an undefined customer. “Any business that needs our service” cannot be researched against, so the agent contacts everybody, the messages get vaguer, and response rates collapse. Before we start we need a definition specific enough to disqualify companies, not just include them.
The third is a business that cannot take the meetings. Outreach that works produces conversations at a steady rate, and if nobody has half a day a week for them, you have bought an expensive source of guilt. We would rather run at a lower volume that you can actually service.
Everywhere else — a defined B2B customer, a market of hundreds or thousands, a deal worth a conversation — this is exactly the job an agent should be doing, because it is repetitive, research-heavy and utterly dependent on nobody getting bored.
What Our Clients Say
We had bought lists before and never worked them. The difference here is that the follow-up actually happens, every day, whether or not we remember.
They talked us out of a broader target list on the first call. Narrower turned out to be the right advice — the replies got noticeably better.
An Agency That Tells You When to Stop
No per-lead pricing
Flat monthly fee, so nobody has an incentive to count a bounced email as a lead.
Consistency by design
The agent researches the two-hundredth prospect as carefully as the first. No Friday-afternoon drop-off.
UK GDPR by default
Legitimate-interest basis, honest sender identity, immediate opt-out, ICO rules applied — not an afterthought.
We scope you out if needed
If your market is too small or too vague, we say so on the first call rather than after your first invoice.

B2B Lead Generation: Common Questions
What do we actually receive — leads or meetings?
Booked conversations with people who replied and qualified. You are not buying a list of names to work through yourself; the point of the agent is that the chasing, the follow-ups and the reply handling have already happened.
How is this different from a normal lead generation agency?
A traditional agency staffs your campaign with junior SDRs, so cost scales with volume and quality drifts as people turn over. An AI agent researches every prospect to the same standard on day two hundred as on day one, at a flat monthly cost.
Do you buy or scrape contact lists?
No. We build a target definition with you — sector, size, region, job title — and the agent researches companies against it. Contact data comes from legitimate business sources, and everything runs under UK GDPR legitimate-interest rules with opt-out honoured immediately.
Which industries does this work for?
It works where your customer is another business, the deal is worth having a meeting about, and there are more than a few hundred realistic targets. It works badly for consumer sales and for markets of twenty companies, where you should just phone them yourself.
How long before we see meetings?
First contacts go out in the first fortnight; replies and meetings typically build over six to eight weeks. Anyone promising meetings in week one is either buying them or counting something that is not a meeting.
Can it handle the replies as well?
Yes, and this is where most outreach fails. The agent answers questions, deals with “not right now” by scheduling a later touch, and passes genuine interest straight to your calendar rather than letting it cool in an inbox.
