AI Agency

An AI Agency for Businesses That Want Work Done

Not a strategy deck, not a proof of concept that never ships. We build AI agents that answer your phone, clear your inbox and chase your prospects — then we look after them.

An AI agency designs and builds AI systems for businesses that do not have an in-house AI team. We are a UK AI automation agency working with small and medium businesses: we scope one specific problem, build the agent that solves it, and support it afterwards.

Tell us the job you want automated

A free scoping call. If AI is the wrong tool for your problem we will say so — that happens more often than the industry admits.

What We Build

Three Agents, Or Something of Your Own

Most businesses start with one of the three, because the problems are so common. Some need something specific to them.

How We Work

Scope Narrow, Ship Fast, Then Widen

The commonest way an AI project fails is being too ambitious at the start. Someone asks for “AI across the business”, six months disappear into discovery, and nothing reaches a customer. We work the other way round.

The scoping call finds the single most repetitive, most rules-based, most annoying job in your week — the one you would hand to a new starter if you could face training them. That job becomes the first agent. It is small enough to build in weeks, and it is real enough that you can tell within a fortnight whether it is working.

Once it is live and you trust it, widening is easy: the agent already knows your business, your tone and your systems, so the second job costs a fraction of the first. Almost every client we have has followed this path — one agent, then another, then a piece of custom glue between them.

We are also happy to be the agency that says no. If the work is genuinely judgement-based, if the volume is too low to justify anything, or if the real problem is a process nobody has written down, AI will not fix it and we will tell you on the call. That is a cheaper conversation than a project.

Process

What Working With Us Looks Like

1

Scoping call

Free, about an hour. We map how the work happens now, what it costs you, and whether an agent can genuinely take it on.

2

Build and test

We build it and you try to break it — on a test number, a test mailbox or a sandbox. Changes are expected at this stage, not resisted.

3

Live, then looked after

You switch it on for real. We keep it current as your prices, staff and processes change, as part of the monthly fee.

We are a good fit when…We are the wrong choice when…
The work is repetitive and happens dailyThe task needs professional judgement every time
You want something live in weeks, not quartersYou need a board-level AI strategy document
You are a UK SMB without an in-house AI teamYou have an ML team and want extra hands
You want one supplier to build it and support itYou want to own and maintain the code yourself
The process is understood, even if undocumentedNobody agrees on how the work is supposed to go
Client Stories

What Our Clients Say

We had been quoted for a six-month “AI transformation”. This was one agent, live in a fortnight, doing the job we actually needed doing.

Why Business AI Agents

Small Enough to Care, Live Enough to Prove It

Working software

Our first deliverable is something you can ring, email or chat to — not a slide about what we might build.

SMB-shaped

We only work with small and medium businesses, so the budgets, timescales and hand-holding are built for that.

UK throughout

UK company, UK support hours, UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 with the ICO as regulator.

Support included

Ongoing changes come with the monthly fee. We are not looking for a maintenance retainer on top.

AI Agency: Common Questions

What does an AI agency actually do?

It works out where AI genuinely helps your business, builds that system, and keeps it running. The useful ones ship working software; the rest sell workshops and roadmaps. Ask any agency what they have live in production and who is supporting it.

Are you an AI automation agency or a consultancy?

Both, in that order. We scope the problem properly first, but the output is a working agent rather than a report. If you want strategy advice without a build, see our AI consultancy page.

Do we need technical people on our side?

No. You need someone who knows how the work currently gets done and can answer questions about it. We handle everything technical, including the integrations with your calendar, mailbox or practice-management system.

What does a project cost?

Our ready-built agents run on a flat monthly fee. Bespoke builds are quoted per project after a scoping call, because a single-workflow agent and a system touching four of your tools are genuinely different jobs. We quote before you commit.

How long does a build take?

Our three standard agents go live in about a week. Bespoke work is usually four to eight weeks depending on how many systems it must talk to and how much of your knowledge needs capturing.

What happens after it is built?

We support it. Prices change, staff change, your processes change — the agent has to change with them. Support and updates are part of the monthly fee rather than a separate maintenance contract.

Bring Us One Annoying Job

The scoping call is free and takes about an hour. Worst case, you get an honest answer about whether AI is the right tool at all.
