Website Chatbot

A Chatbot for Website Visitors That Knows Your Business

The demo is in the corner of this page. It is the same kind of agent we would build for you — trained on real services and prices, not a decision tree of canned buttons.

A chatbot for a website answers visitors’ questions in a chat window. A useful one is trained on your actual services, prices and policies so it can answer specifics, capture the enquiry, and hand over to a person when the question needs one.

The Comparison

Three Things Called a Website Chatbot

The Demo Is Already on This Page

Most chatbot companies show you a recorded demo of a chatbot answering questions someone chose in advance. That tells you very little, because the interesting behaviour is what happens when a visitor asks something nobody planned for.

So ours is running in the corner of this page, in production, on our own site, where it is capturing real enquiries. Ask it what we charge. Ask it something we do not do. Ask it something unrelated to our business entirely, and watch what it does with that — refusing gracefully is a feature, not a gap.

What you should be checking for: does it answer with specifics or generalities? When it does not know, does it say so, or does it produce a confident-sounding sentence with nothing behind it? Does it get you to a human sensibly when the conversation deserves one? Those three behaviours separate a chatbot that helps from one that quietly annoys your visitors into leaving.

If it does something you do not like, tell us on the call. We would rather hear it from you now than build you the same behaviour.

How It Works

From Your Website to a Working Agent

1

We read your site

Services, prices, policies and the questions your visitors already ask. That material becomes the only thing the chatbot may answer from.

2

You try to break it

On a staging link, before it goes near your visitors. Awkward questions are encouraged — that is what the stage is for.

3

One script tag, live

Paste it into your site and it appears. No redesign, no platform change, and it can be switched off just as easily.

What Our Clients Say

We had a button-based bot before. Visitors kept typing real sentences into it and getting nowhere. This one just answers them.

Website Chatbots: Common Questions

How is this different from the free chatbot widgets?

Free widgets are usually either live chat with a human behind it, or a button-based decision tree. Neither answers a question nobody scripted. An AI chatbot for website visitors reads what was actually typed and answers from the knowledge we load.

What stops it making things up about our prices?

It answers only from the material we load — your services, prices and policies. Where it has no source it says it will check and captures the enquiry instead, which is the behaviour you want on a page that sells something.

Can it act as a customer service chatbot as well as a sales one?

Yes, and support is often the bigger win. Order status, opening hours, how a process works, what to do next — a customer support chatbot handles the repetitive half and escalates the rest with the context attached.

Does it capture leads or just answer questions?

Both. Once a conversation shows real intent it collects the details you need and passes them straight to you, so a good conversation at 11pm is an enquiry in your inbox rather than a lost visitor.

Will it work on our existing website?

Almost certainly. It is a small script tag, so it drops into WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify or a hand-built site without a redesign or a migration.

What about visitor data and UK GDPR?

Conversations are processed under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 with the ICO as regulator. You decide what is stored, for how long, and what appears in your privacy policy.
